Refund policy

We do not offer returns or refunds once a slime product has been opened or used due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will assist with a replacement or store credit.
Please note that slight color or texture variations are normal as all slimes are handmade.
